We offer weekly and bi-weekly (every other week) service schedules. Most residential clients choose weekly service, while some with smaller yards or fewer dogs prefer bi-weekly. Commercial clients typically require weekly service.

We follow all local regulations for pet waste disposal. In most cases, the waste is double-bagged and disposed of in the regular trash system. We never dump waste in storm drains or natural areas.

No, you don't need to be home. We just need access to your yard, which can be provided through a gate, garage code, or other arrangement. Many clients give us a key or code for regular access.

We work in most weather conditions, including rain and snow. The only exceptions are during extreme weather events like blizzards or thunderstorms, when we may need to reschedule for safety reasons. We'll notify you in advance if this occurs.

We invoice monthly for recurring services. You can pay by check, credit card, or automatic bank draft. One-time services are paid at the time of service.
